Shallow Air Flotation Machine

Introduction

Shallow air flotation is an advanced rapid air flotation system that successfully applies the "shallow theory" and "zero speed" principles on the basis of traditional air flotation theory. Through careful design, it integrates coagulation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and scraping, making it an efficient equipment for water quality purification treatment.

Shallow air flotation is one of the most effective methods for removing small suspended particles with a density close to water.

2. Hydraulic retention time in the pool (3-5 minutes).

3. High purification capacity, i.e. high surface load.

4. With a small footprint and light unit load, all prefabricated components are assembled without the need for an operating room. The equipment can be installed overhead and can also be assembled in multiple layers.

5. Low installation and maintenance costs, easy to clean.

6. High degree of purification, with a suspended solids removal rate of over 90%.

7. The structure is clever, with a gas dissolution efficiency of up to 90% and a volume only one-fifth of that of a typical gas dissolution system.

Applicable scope

Shallow air flotation is widely used in water purification, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater treatment.
