● Introduction

Dissolved air flotation machine is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment in the sewage treatment industry, which can effectively remove suspended solids, oils, and gum substances in sewage. It is the main equipment for early sewage treatment. The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components consist of a dissolved air pump, air compressor, dissolved air tank, rectangular box, air flotation system, mud scraping system, etc.

The gas tank produces dissolved water, which is released into the water to be treated through a depressurizer. The air dissolved in water is released from the water, forming tiny bubbles of 20-40um. These bubbles combine with the suspended solids in the wastewater, causing the suspended solids to have a lower specific gravity than water and gradually float to the surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the floating debris into the sludge ground. Clear water enters the clean water tank through the overflow channel from the bottom.

The device has been used by users and all its performance meets relevant requirements. Our company has applied for a national patent.

Equipment features

1. The gas tank produces small bubbles with a particle size of 20-40um, which adhere firmly to the flocculent material and can achieve good air flotation effect;

2. The use of flocculants is small, reducing costs;

3. The operating procedures are easy to master, the water quality and quantity are easy to control, and the management is simple.

4. Equipped with a recoil system, the release device is not easily blocked.

● Scope of application

1. Used to remove solid suspended solids, fats, and various colloidal substances from wastewater, such as wastewater treatment in industrial enterprises such as petrochemicals, coal mines, papermaking, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, brewing, etc;

2. Used for recycling useful substances, such as the collection of fine fibers in papermaking white water.
