This compact STP is for domestic sewage treatment (human daily wastewater treatment), capacity varied fom 0.5m3/hour to max.100m3/h (large capacity ones would be done by civil works), widely used in living areas, residential buildings, office buildings, hospitals, train stations, hotels, restaurants, etc.
The integrated sewage treatment equipment in the hospital adopts a biological treatment process that integrates the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It has the advantages of stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, small land occupation, and convenient maintenance.
System characteristics
1. The integrated sewage treatment equipment in hospitals is buried below the ground surface, and the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes without the need for building houses, heating, and insulation.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment processes all adopt push flow biological contact oxidation, which has better treatment effects than mixed or secondary series mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. Compared to activated sludge tanks, it has a smaller volume, stronger adaptability to water quality, good resistance to impact loads, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. A new type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is high, which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, and the volume load of the filler is relatively low. The microorganisms are in the stage of self oxidation, and the mud production is low. It only needs to be discharged once every three months (90 days) or more (using a manure truck for suction or dehydration to form mud cakes for transportation).
4. The deodorization method of the hospital's sewage treatment equipment is not only using conventional high-altitude exhaust, but also equipped with soil deodorization measures.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which operates safely and reliably. Generally, there is no need for dedicated personnel to manage it, and only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment is required.
